Lesson 1. EARLY ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT
Here you can watch a five-minute fragment of the lesson.
Early treatment primarily deals with emerging permanent teeth and facilitates normal skeletal development to avoid subsequent complex orthodontic challenges.

Therefore the emphasis at this stage is to alleviate symptoms to pressing issues and clinically the interventions often lack a holistic diagnosis and long-term treatment plan. This lecture hopes to provide a systematic diagnostic approach to help clinicians to decide when and what conditions warrant an early intervention while others are merely futile efforts that will only reduce patient cooperation over an extended period of treatment. Systematic diagnostic approach;
– Principles of early orthodontic treatment;
– Problems of early orthodontic treatment;
– When early orthodontic treatment is required;
– Conditions for early orthodontic treatment;
– Early orthodontic treatment planning;
– Elimination of bad habits leading to the occurrence of malocclusion;
– Using the technique 2*4. Detailed protocol;
– Detailed protocol for early treatment of impacted teeth;
– Use of palatal expansion in early orthodontic treatment;
– Centric relationship control.

duration: 1 h 23 min
Lesson 2. CLASS 2 CORRECTION: ELSE, BITE TURBO, IZC
Here you can watch a five-minute fragment of the lesson.
The orthodontic resolution of Class II malocclusion involves designing mechanics to distally move teeth with a number of orthodontic appliances. This lecture aims to convince clinicians that severe Class II malocclusion can be treated with the appropriate application of bite turbo, Class II elastics and IZC screws. These simple tools together form a consistent force system that requires little patients’ active compliance and avoids many of the challenges presented by conventional treatment modalities, such as extraoral headgear and functional orthopedic appliances.
Detailed treatment processes will be presented to enhance clinicians’ skills in executing this treatment method.
– Simplified and effective technique for the treatment of class 2;
– Use of ELSE and Bite Turbo braces;
– Protocol for the treatment of overjet (> 10 mm) using microimplants;
– Protocol for the treatment of class 2 in adult patients;
– Biomechanics of class 2 treatment;
– Sequence of arches in the class 2 treatment;
– Use of IZC implants;
– Detailed protocol for the treatment of toothtransposition.
